MARY AKINHANMI
Mary Akinhanmi is one of the Directors and the Service Manager at Priestgate Home Care. She has extensive experience managing supported accommodations, collaborating with care providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations to provide the best possible support for service users. In her previous roles at Cambridge Housing Society, Catalyst Housing Group, and Aldwyck Housing Group, she managed various properties, including supported accommodations, always leading with passion, empathy, and strong leadership skills. Her professional journey began as a supported accommodation manager at Kimberley Housing 17 years ago, where she managed supported accommodation for unaccompanied asylum seekers and young people facing various challenges. Mary provided visible and supportive leadership, overseeing strategic and operational plans, setting budgets, and ensuring the development and empowerment of service users.
Mary is deeply committed to her work, driven by enthusiasm and determination. Her passion lies in supporting young people, ensuring they lead enriching and fulfilling lives. Her leadership is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of the emotional challenges young people are facing. As a caregiver, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the well-being of both adults and young people.

OLADAPO AKINHANMI
Oladapo Akinhanmi is one of the Directors. He holds a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) certification, he is highly skilled in protecting vulnerable groups, both young and adults, ensuring their safety and well-being within a supported living environment. He always demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels. Oladapo has over 20 years of experience in securing and safeguarding premises and individuals. His notable emotional intelligence allows him to approach his role with compassion and empathy, understanding the delicate nature of safeguarding issues and their potential impact on those involved. He consistently prioritises the welfare and rights of vulnerable individuals, ensuring their needs remain central to decision-making processes.
